2. Principles
Laser welding machine is use high energe impulse laser to weld the material. It through laser power discharge to Xe lamp impulse to form light wave. The light wave radiate to Nd3+: YAG crystal through gather ray cavity, crystal send 1064nm im pulse laser through resonance, then it weld the materials through echo and focus.

3. Product Features
This series of models adopt integrative design, with compact and beautiful structure, high output power, good energy stability, excellent beam mode, simple and convenient operation, reliable performance, wide application and other characteristics.

It adopts advanced Germany combined gold-plated reflector cavity laser technology, and use special beam election mode and shaping technology, which ensure a high output power and excellent beam mode. There is double-pulsed Xenon lamp incenting, constant current laser power, programmable pulse and intelligentized management system, also the automatic protection system for misoperation and water lack from super temperature.

It is equipped with PLC programmable controller or PC control (two-axis or 3-axis) working tables, and universal X/Y-axis two-dimension automatic moveable platform. It uses the semiconductor red light to direct position. The focus and the deflection angle of the laser can be moved manually from top to bottom. It is optional to select the close room or air confined space, manual descending and ascending platform, automatic rotary system and coaxial surveillance system, and other accessories.
