It is suitable for automatically make embossed and convex letters,numbers, logos, symbols / characters on the nameplates of various materials such as aluminum, iron,tinplate,stainless steel,plastic and other materials products.Characters are embossment effect,with solid tridimensional effect.

Working Principle:

Signs embossing machine drived by computer and special controlling system, electric embossed institutions,technical grade X-Y system.The nameplate of the small slipy worktable on technical grade X-Y system,also moves correspondingly in X-Y plane.Meanwhile,controlling system chooses characters by controlling the font dis run.By air-operated system and lever machine,the pressure head stresses the character models to make the nameplate to be sandwiched in convex character models,then the tridimensional characters will be coming out.As it is controlled by computer,by editing software,it can imprint any character in the suitable position of nameplate in the area of font disc as only as editing the software correctly.
