This machine is mainly used in the high efficiency laser spot welding and close welding for motor stators, all kinds of electronic components, and mechanical parts.
Working Principles
Laser welding machine is use high energe impulse laser to weld the material. It through laser power discharge to Xe lamp impulse to form light wave. The light wave radiate to Nd3+: YAG crystal through gather ray cavity, crystal send 1064nm im pulse laser through resonance, then it weld the materials through echo and focus.
Product Features:
This model adopts double-laser beam compound optical path system, which can weld single product with double optical paths or bulk products with double positions at the same time. It is applied to all kinds of spot welding and continuous close welding. The working efficiency is more than 2 times that of common laser welding machine, and with excellent welding consistency effect. This machine is mainly composed by laser source, laser power supply, cooling system, laser indicating and location system, compound light introducing and focusing system, planar operation platform, and other parts. This machine has stable power, good laser beam pattern, convenient operation and reliable perfermance characteristics.
